BOOKING AGREEMENT

 

By making this booking you are agreeing in full to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

These T&Cs have been produced to protect both the owner, agent and all guest as well as providing advice in the event of problems or disputes.

The person making the booking accepts full legal liability on behalf of all guest.

 

 

Cleared Deposit Funds must be paid to the Onpoint Polishing & Detailing Inc. owner immediately to confirm your booking.

Failure to pay the deposit, or the balance of the cost by the agreed date, will result in the loss of you agreed booking date.

Late appointments/ drop off will occur an additional inconvenience fee. Anything not picked up within 30 days will accumulate a $25 day storage fee. After 30 days it will have a lean filed or sold to pay storage fees that accumulated.

If you do not wish to proceed with this booking, for any reason, then please contact the Onpoint Polishing & Detailing Inc. owner immediately, in order that they can try to resell the dates.

All jobs must be paid in full upon completion of the task.

Results of failing to do so will fall into legal hands or small claims.
